The Critical Home Repair program repairs, replaces or builds systems that impact health and safety for families who could not otherwise afford to accomplish these tasks. Repairs include key systems: roofing, siding, windows, heating and air conditioning, septic or well, plumbing or electrical systems, and wheelchair ramps or other accessibility measures. Since 2000, Habitat for Humanity of La Pine Sunriver has made hundreds of repairs for South County homeowners. Habitat for Humanity of La Pine Sunriver worked with Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC) to survey South County homeowners in 2019 about potential repair needs. We are grateful to Central Oregon Health Council for the funding which made this work possible.

I am an 80yr. senior woman living in La Pine for almost 30 years and as life goes, my home had need of many repairs/restorations. Your organization has provided previously for me, a wheelchair ramp, and at this time a new roof for which I give you THANKS.
