Building on, Thanks to our Volunteers

published July 24, 2020

Our Putney Place townhome build welcomed volunteers in late June, and with hard work and a dedicated crew, the three townhomes are now fully enclosed, with interior work beginning. The ReStore has continued to thrive, thanks to strong community support, donations ranging from families and business partners far and wide, and the steady leadership and work of our staff. Thank you for your partnership in our work!

ReStore is Open!

published June 5, 2020

What an amazing week it has been! Nearly 12 weeks after closing in March, the Habitat La Pine ReStore opened its doors again on Tuesday, June 2. Thanks to your enthusiastic turnout, we had one of our biggest days ever, earning over $3,000 in just six hours. This is what makes our La Pine and South Deschutes County Community so special: our energy and support for one another, for a place where we meet to catch up and do business, and for a store whose work helps us build and repair homes. Thank you!
